The Presbytery of Denver uses eNewsletters (via MailChimp) to inform members of events, news and job postings in our Presbytery.  We are happy to promote your event on our Church/Community Events page or post your church job opening on our website .

It is the intent of Denver Presbytery to promote events endorsed by a committee of Presbytery Council. Church/community events are those represented by a church within our Presbytery.

The Communications Office will review and respond within 48 hours with a projected timeline for completion, or to request a meeting with you (by phone or in person) to clarify your communications needs.

Please provide at least 14 day’s lead time for completion of requests. We desire to serve each ministry in a prompt manner with creativity and excellence in all outlets of marketing or promotion.

Deadlines for submission of information:
Submissions for church/community events page of denpres.org website are due 14 days before you wish to have the announcement published or read. 

Submissions for the eNewsletter (here's what's happening @denpres.org, sent out every Monday) announcements are due every Wednesday.

Submissions for job postings can be done within 3 days. Please send Word and pdf file to beth@denpres.org. Please be sure to include the following: 

  • Name of Church
  • Address
  • Contact
  • How to apply/register
  • Deadline for applying/registering
  • Cost
  • Job description
