Part time Administrative Assistant wanted for a busy church office in northwest Denver metro. Position requires 25-30 hours per week. Duties include answering phones, preparing bulletins for services, drafting of weekly email and monthly newsletter, A/R and A/P using Quickbooks, record keeping, preparing materials for monthly and annual meetings, and other duties as needed. Previous office experience and basic Quickbooks knowledge required. Previous experience in a church setting a plus. $15.50 with a review in 90 days.
