Director of Operations - Highland Camp, Allenspark, CO

Highlands Presbyterian Camp and Retreat Center, located in Allenspark, CO is seeing a Director of Operations.  This is a new position for Highlands and is a full-time, year-round, exempt position.  Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Director of Operations will provide day to day oversight of the operations of Highlands.  Highlands is committed to excellence in every aspect of our ministry.  The Director of Operations is responsible for maintaining industry standards and practices in all areas of responsibility.  Areas of responsibility include:

  1. Maintenance
  2. Housekeeping
  3. Food Service
  4. Administration: including office administration, accounting, registration
  5. Guest services and  weekend hosts
  6. Camp store

The Director of Operations is expected to live on site.  The package includes housing in a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 ½ bath home, salary and benefits through the Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church, USA.
