2025 Presbytery Assembly Vice Moderator Nominations

We are now seeking nominations for 2025 Presbytery Assembly Vice Moderator. Here are some of the requirements:

  • Assembly planning meetings with Stated Clerk and Lead Presbyter.

  • Learning the role and responsibilities of Moderator (may be asked to be convenyor of the commission that establishes ordinations and installations).

  • Comfortable leading (and sharing leadership of )Presbytery meetings and facilitating large group/ non-anxious presence.

  • Serve on Worship Team in designed worship for gatherings.

  • Extensive training in Louisville

  • Involved in attending leadership meetings (VLC); Design teams. Holding Vision and Structure, Information and Equipping.

  • Serving as the voice of Denver Presbytery. (Not required to visit churches)

  • 2-year commitment; vice moderator for 2025 and moderator 2026.

  • Encouraged to be Commissioner to General Assembly.
