StrengthsFinders Workshop | Lead with your Strengths Training

  • Columbine United Church 6375 South Platte Canyon Road Littleton, CO, 80123 United States (map)

You are invited to this amazing opportunity to learn how to lead with your strengths!

Being a leader is more than a job, it’s a calling. Harnessing the ability to lead with your strengths is what will help you fulfill the mission of your calling. Research shows that, while approaches and styles may differ, all great leaders are the ones that make the most of their natural talents.

As a nationally certified facilitator for CoreClarity, I have been focusing my efforts towards coaching leaders, teachers, and educators who are impacting and inspiring the next generation. Through group workshops and individual coaching sessions, I help leaders uncover their talents and build their strengths in order to become great leaders.

I have had the privilege of working alongside the leadership of your institution to create an affordable, enjoyable, and invaluable coaching opportunity for you. The Lead With Your Strengths Personal Discovery Workshop is designed to help you develop a deeper trust in who you are as a leader and illuminate how you can leverage your strengths within your faith community. LEARN MORE→
