The Vision Leadership Commission provides the strategic direction and oversight for the operation of the Presbytery and the support of its ongoing and future programs, consistent with its mission and values as a Matthew 25 Presbytery. The VLC also functions as the agency that represents the Denver Presbytery in the Partnership of the Zimbabwe and Denver Presbyteries (PZDP).
