Women of Denver Presbytery, pastors, and friends are warmly invited to the Bible Study Seminar 2023 to be held Saturday, August 12, 9:30 a.m. at Peoples Presbyterian Church in Denver.

The seminar will include a program on the new HORIZONS Bible study and a Light of Christ Awards presentation. Refreshments (coffee, tea, and rolls) will be served at 9:30 a.m. and the event will end with lunch. The cost is $10 (cash or check) at the door.

The program will be on the new Bible study Sacred Encounters: The Power and Presence of Jesus Christ in Luke-Acts. The speaker will be Rev. Kathy Reeves, PW Moderator (2021-2024) from the Churchwide Board of Directors for Presbyterian Women, Louisville. She is excited to meet women of Denver Presbytery. She is based in Louisville, but she is a member of Denver Presbytery.

From I-25: Turn east onto exit 205 onto South University Blvd. Follow University until it turns into Josephine Street and then York. Look for Peoples, a red brick building, on the right side of the street. Parking is available in the lot and on the side street.
