The total compensation package includes a salary range for a full-time permanent Senior Pastor of $95,000 to $110,000, commensurate with demonstrated qualifications and experience, which amount may be divided among salary, housing, and other expenses including Christian education, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance; paid leave benefits, including annual vacation leave, sick leave, family and medical leave, and holidays; and a retirement pension through the Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
