Why Pre-Register?
Pre-Registration, on-line is not required, but helpful. The Stated Clerk of the Presbytery of Denver keeps the rolls and records of attendance of the Assembly meetings. This information is necessary to help calculate the balance of Teaching Elders and Ruling Elders participating in meetings of the presbytery, and is reported to you in the statistical report. Please be sure to check the minutes for your attendance at meetings and let us know if you have questions.
Pre-Registering also helps us get a head count for dinner. The hosting church prepares and makes arrangements for the meal we share together. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us with the planning process for Assembly meetings.
PLEASE COME EVEN IF YOU DON'T PRE-REGISTER. You will be asked to fill out a short form at the registration table with your name, email, church and status. Pre-Registering on-line helps to eliminate this step, allows us to create a name tag, aids in accurate information for our records and helps to have enough food for the meal.
