Rev. Matthew Syrdal from Grace Presbyterian Church invites you to breakfast for open and curious conversation exploring the relationship between nature, God and the human soul. What might this mean in our own context today? Advances in the realms of the sciences, psychology, and spirituality today are coming to new understandings of the Universe story and our place in it, including what it means to be human.

Matt is leading an overnight mini-retreat after the August 20th Assembly meeting at Trinity of the Pines, at Shadowcliff entitled "Say Yes to Courage: Deep Belonging and Wild Imagination." Matt will share some insights about entering into sacred conversation with the wild world of nature, which the ancient Celtic Christians called the Big Book, what it might look like to cultivate greater wholeness as leaders, and to live and love from our wise, passionate, creative and generative Self, created in the Image of God.
