Minister members and those registered as Ruling Elder Commissioners with Denver Presbytery, will receive this email to register for the meeting. Once you register for the meeting, you will receive a link to join via Zoom.

Call for a Special Meeting
The purpose of this special called meeting is to vote on the selling price of Arvada Presbyterian Church.

From the Presbytery of Denver Bylaws: 2.03 Quorum
A quorum of the Presbytery shall be any ten teaching elder members and as many ruling elder members as may be present, provided that at least four churches are represented by ruling elders.

Presiding: Rev. Justin Spurlock, Moderator and Peter Hulac, Vice Moderator

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

When registering for the Assembly, it is important that you state your status, i.e. elected ruling elder commissioner, member of Presbytery Council, etc.

We will have action items to vote on and need an accurate count of those that are eligible for voice and vote. Please refer to Denver Presbytery bylaws above to determine if you are eligible to vote at Assembly.  Visitors are welcome, unfortunately not eligible to vote.
