Jill Vanderwal (Minister Member) loves to learn about best practices in leadership. She will share 3 of her favorite leadership development tools (Strenghtsfinder, Kolbe Index and Enneagram) and how you can easily use them for greater self-awareness and with staff or teams in your church.

This is a great discussion for COM, Interim Pastors, PNC's, Session Leadership and Pastors. We will be doing a day training on Strengthfinder funded by the Omaha Leadership Grant in the Winter of 2022 so we hope this can serve as an introduction to some of these helpful tools.
