We are pleased to invite applications for the role of Office Manager at Mountain View United Church (MVUC). This part-time position is ideal for an organized, tech-savvy, and community-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative and multi-faceted environment.
The Office Manager serves as a key administrative support to our clergy, committees, and church council, while also playing an essential role in managing communication, scheduling, and building coordination. This position requires a blend of strong interpersonal skills, technological know-how, and the ability to handle a variety of general office and marketing tasks with professionalism and care.
This is a 10–12 hour per week position, with a flexible Monday–Thursday schedule and an hourly rate of $20. The role is primarily onsite, with occasional remote work possible by arrangement. The Office Manager works closely with the Lead Minister and is supported by the Staff Parish Relations Committee.
