The Racial Ethnic Diversity Workgroup is inviting you to a discussion and examination of the overture to determine if Denver Presbytery will concur with Giddings Lovejoy. The discussion will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, February 15th @ 6 pm. To equip us with discerning the Overture, Tamara White, Ph.D. (complete bio below) will lead the discussion on Critical Race Theory, what it is and what it is not as well as the negative use of the term. This examination will help members of Denver Presbytery understand why we are offering an apology to African Americans.

Members of Denver Presbytery will be voting whether or not to concur with Giddings Lovejoy Presbytery on this Overture during our March Assembly.
