Breaking the cycle. Building circles.
It’s no secret that both homelessness amongst children and poverty stricken conditions amongst the people of the Lakota tribe are a major problem on the Pine Ridge Reservation. The Circle of Love children's home planned at The Dream Center will provide for this vital need. Grace Presbyterian Church is looking to partner with churches to: 1) Contribute to our fundraising goal of $10,000 by the end of June 2015 for laying the foundation for the Circle of Love children's homes; 2) Supporting Wings As Eagles Ministries and advocating for the Lakota people on the Pine Ridge reservation through congregational and community events; 3) Collaborating through a hands-on mission partnership beginning, July 2015.
